Why has a learner not been certificated? Follow
If you are being asked why a learner has not been certificated (either by the CCB or directly by the learner), you should check:
- the learners CRM participant profile; to make sure they have passed all of the course pre-requisites
- they don't have any duplicate CRM profiles, as they may have a course pre-requisite (e.g. DBS, SCAT etc.) sitting on a duplicate account, whereas the course itself is on the other account (so it's not triggering certification) - merging the accounts will put all the learners qualifications in one place and help trigger certification (don't forget to merge dupe accounts in CVENT too, if applicable)
- the course start to make sure they are still in time; Foundation Coach course learners have 1 year from the start date to complete whereas Core Coach course learners have 2 years from the start date to complete - if this has lapsed, refer to the re-registration process:
