What content does the programme cover?
This training will equip you with the knowledge and skills to minimise the risk of discrimination, on-field and in relevant off-field situations and to effectively respond to those incidents, report them and prevent in future.
How do I register for The Boundary Course?
There are two ways to Access:

Once the link has been sent this will expire after 30 days if the course is not accessed
I am logged into E-Learning but cannot find the Course?
- Once logged in go onto your Dashboard.
- in the top menu the course will be in the Active Learning section.
- This only displays four or five courses but you can scroll through to reveal more using the arrow on the right-hand side.
Alternatively
- Once logged in click on COURSES.
- In the SEARCH COURSES box enter “Introducing the Boundary” and press enter
- It will produce one search result.
- Click on the title “Introducing the Boundary”
Is this course free?
Yes, it is available for everyone involved in Cricket.
I have registered but not received the log in email for the E-Learning course.
New registrations may take up to 2 working days to receive the link.

How long does the course take?
30 - 45 minutes
Refresher Training takes 5-10 minutes to complete.

The Video is not playing?
Try doing it on a different device for best results we recommend completing on a laptop or desktop for the main course.
We recommend that the refresher training should be completed on a mobile phone or device, allowing you to use as a reference whilst on the go.
Make sure your security settings on your device allow the video to play, you may need to enable pop ups on your device to load the course content.

Do I get a certificate?
Yes, once you have completed the course you can download your certificate from E-Learning Introducing the Boundary course homepage.
My course is not showing as complete, or the course appears to be stuck and I cannot get onto the next page.
Ensure when going through the course you have completed all the modules and all of the scenario questions.
Does this course expire?
No, but we suggest completing the refresher course which is available for use on mobile devices.
