E-Learning; Playback video issues Follow
We have noticed an issue with Video playback on iPads using Safari. The video playback issues on Apple devices are due to the version number of Safari people are running.
Version 9.5.3 video playback works
Version 10.0.1 – video doesn’t work
Version 10.1 – video doesn’t work and Apple know about this
We would strongly advise downloading Google Chrome as the preferred browser choice until Apple have applied the fix to the Safari browser.
